Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a Certification Course must be performed 7 days prior to the scheduled course date. There is a cancellation fee of 20%. Less than 7 days cancellation notice is subject to a $30, or total course fee may be applied toward the next scheduled Certification Course. NSPA reserves the right to cancel/postpone courses at our own discretion
