NSPA is the only certification in the country that teaches the High Intensity Strength Training System (HIT). The HIT System is used by people of all ages and fitness levels. Dr. Wayne Westcott, internationally recognized strength researcher and author, has stated that the HIT System is the safest, most effective, and time efficient strengthening system available.

Getting certified as a Personal Trainer is as easy as...

1) Check our schedule of upcoming 2 day courses. Sign-up online for the one that is convenient for you.

2) Take the course and go home and begin studying for the exam. When you are ready....

3)... Register Online to get your spot in the exam. The exam is given the 4th Saturday of the month. More exam info

Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your exam results! We make every effort to get these out as fast as we can but please allow the time for grading, processing, and certificate creation. It is not our standard practice to email results. All results are sent via US Mail.
